Sophie joined Big Talk as Office Manager in 2009, ensuring the smooth running of the company.

She has previously worked for Working Title Films and Universal Pictures (as Assistant to VP of Universal International Publicity, Kate Wyhowska). Sophie has pursued an interest in film and television stemming from an early education at the Sylvia Young Theatre School, and has continued to work in the industry ever since. She is also an integral figure at The Pollyanna Children’s Theatre run by her family, imparting her professional knowledge and helping to inspire young talent.

In 2016, Sophie’s role as Office Manager at Big Talk expanded to include HR duties within the company.
