Molly studied Film, TV and Digital Production at Royal Holloway and became a freelance costume and art assistant after graduating. She then secured a place on ITV Studios’ production trainee scheme and worked as a script editor before joining Big Talk Studios in 2024.

In her spare time she performs improv comedy (but don’t hold that against her!)
